I had to re-format my phone, but the sd is fine. I reinstalled TS from the market, along with the ProKey. However, this TS can see my files on the sd card.

Please help.

” I see how to take a picture using th ts ap then I attach it to an email but at no time does it lock the file. This is the reason I purchased (upgraded)

  You’ll need to export with your old phone and old sdcard.
  
  If you still have the old sdcard, you can also use the menu=>settings=>recover=>recovery function
