  1. I had to re-format my phone, but the sd is fine. I reinstalled TS from the market, along with the ProKey. However, this TS can see my files on the sd card.

    Please help.

  3. What is the process to start a Set share file. I want toward how to send secure photo.

  4. TS has a built-in photo sharing through email. You can create a SeShare (Secure Share) file and lock it with a password, and then send the file to your friend through email. Your friend will need to use TS to unlock the SeShare file with the password you specified.

    ” I see how to take a picture using th ts ap then I attach it to an email but at no time does it lock the file. This is the reason I purchased (upgraded)

  5. I upgraded phones and move my sd card to my new phone TS isn’t able to find my files anymore. What’ the name of the file on the sd card?

  6. I CAN’T LOG INTO MY PHOTOS & MY VIDEOS WITH THIS APP, THOSE PICTURE MEANS ALOT TO ME. I TRY USING MY CORRECT PASS CODE BUT STILL WONT LET ME IN.

      The password cannot be bypassed. If you’ve done an email backup, you can find it from email. The app is designed with no backdoor to favor data privacy over prevention of data loss.

    • You’ll need to export with your old phone and old sdcard.

      If you still have the old sdcard, you can also use the menu=>settings=>recover=>recovery function
